Earlier this year Susan worked with Tessa Holly creating an audio / visual project called The Red Cave, including art works, voices and music from some of their closest friends and family.

‘The Red Cave Project‘ was recently shortlisted for the Chennai Photo Biennale and will be premiered at the Kochi-Muziris Biennale in India, starting in December.

Opening on 13 Dec, the Red Cave explores the idea of bringing communities together over a single phrase and looks at how differently it can be interpreted. Susan & Tessa created the project whilst exploring ideas around communication and how it varies across different communities.
