Susan has contributed music to the documentary film ‘Affluent Foraging‘ by Daniel Phillips.

The film explores the reasoning and importance of using locally foraged ingredients for a Michelin starred restaurant and features interviews with Head Chef Dan Andree and chef Jordan Newton, from The Beach House Restaurant, Oxwich Bay, Wales.

Dan’s documentary can be viewed at Dynevor Building, De la Beche Street, Swansea until 8th June.
