Susan’s sound art installation ‘Scar Music‘ can be seen as part of the exhibition Thresholds at Dynevor Building, Swansea College of Art, Wales, 17th May – 8th June 2024

‘Scar Music’ explores the transformation of an abject medical experience into a sublime immersive 8 channel surround-sound installation. The piece reinterprets a surgical scar into music and forms the final major project of her MA studies.
